If the product is going to touch real customer conversations, you should know exactly what runs automatically and what stays with you.
See the demoHow is this different from voicemail?
Voicemail stores a recording and waits for someone to check it. CallReclaim gives an opted-in missed caller a simple way to continue by text, then turns the reply into structured lead context your team can act on.
Will this spam my customers?
No. CallReclaim is designed for customer-care follow-up after a person directly calls your business and chooses text updates. It is not built for purchased lists, cold outreach, or marketing blasts. STOP records the opt-out, blocks replies, and cancels queued follow-up.
What can happen without my approval?
Only the configured first missed-call text can run automatically, and only after consent plus a confirmed miss. CallReclaim organizes an inbound reply and prepares a suggested response. The owner reviews normal conversation replies before sending them.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers use the phone and SMS apps they already have. Owners use a browser-based lead desk, so there is no customer installation or new account to create.
Can I keep my existing phone setup?
In the post-miss route shown in the demo, callers keep dialing your existing public number and your team receives the call normally. If you answer, CallReclaim stays out of the call; only an unanswered call reaches the recovery permission prompt. Some approved direct-number setups instead use a prior website request plus a one-time verification code. We confirm one exact route with your carrier before launch and do not blend the two.
How quickly can we go live?
A customized demo can be prepared first. Live customer texting begins only after your business facts are complete, carrier registration is approved, production checks pass, and one watched end-to-end test succeeds.
How much does the pilot cost?
The founding watched pilot is $250 to activate and $149 per month after the live acceptance test passes. It covers one business, one approved number, one owner dashboard, and up to 50 eligible missed-call recoveries per month. A recovery counts once when a verified-consent missed call triggers its initial text-back. It is month-to-month, with no automatic overage fee or lead/revenue guarantee.
Will CallReclaim guarantee more revenue?
No. We do not guarantee a lead count, booking rate, or revenue number. The practical ROI question is whether recovering even one additional qualified inquiry would justify the monthly cost for your business. The website calculator uses only the assumptions you enter.
What happens when someone replies STOP?
The conversation is marked opted out, owner replies are blocked, and scheduled follow-up is cancelled. That boundary is part of the product workflow, not an optional marketing promise.
What does the owner actually see?
The lead desk shows the customer conversation, an organized summary, urgency, appointment intent, suggested next action, suggested reply, notes, and a status the owner can move through new, contacted, booked, or lost.
What happens if the summary gets something wrong?
The lead summary and suggested response are decision support, not a binding quote or promise. The owner sees the source conversation, checks the extracted details, edits the draft, and decides whether to call or send a reply.
