CallReclaim
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 6, 2026
CallReclaim provides missed-call customer-care software to participating businesses. The business a customer contacts is the sender and decides why its customer messages are sent. CallReclaim processes call and message information on that business's instructions. Each business profile links to the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, and consent evidence for that specific messaging program.
Information We Collect
The service may use customer phone numbers, call metadata, website SMS consent disclosures and receipts, voice-menu choices, trusted forwarded call-path metadata, one-time verification results, SMS message content, lead summaries, business contact details, and account login information for business owners. Raw six-digit verification codes are not stored.
How We Use Information
Information is used to verify qualified unanswered-call routes, record approved website or voice-menu SMS requests, match consent to calls, send a requested missed-call text, store message threads, summarize customer inquiries, notify business owners, provide dashboard access, and maintain security and reliability.
SMS Consent
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to operate the messaging service for the participating business.
Message Frequency and Rates
Each recorded opt-in event can produce one automated missed-call text for the matching call. Further messages require the customer to reply first and are limited to human replies in that conversation. No scheduled automated follow-up is sent. Message and data rates may apply.
Service Providers
CallReclaim uses third-party telecommunications providers to carry calls and SMS, database and authentication infrastructure, a specialized text-processing provider to create inquiry summaries, and hosting infrastructure. These providers support operation of the service; they do not become the sender of a participating business's messaging program.
Data Retention
Call, consent, message, and lead records may be retained while needed to operate the service, maintain consent evidence, address security issues, or meet applicable obligations. Pending verification receipts expire after 15 minutes. Businesses may request deletion of their account data where appropriate.
Your Choices
Reply HELP for help. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Customers can restore SMS consent by replying START or UNSTOP after a registered conversation. START and UNSTOP restore only the prior conversation scope.
Contact
For help or a privacy request, contact the participating business through the phone number on its public business profile or reply HELP to the number that sent the message.
